You are receiving this call-for-papers for participation to the 2nd International Symposium on Informatics and its Applications (ISIA 2016) that will take place in M’sila/Algeria, November 08-09, 2016. Please consider to contribute and distribute this call to your students and colleagues.

Objectives and topics
-------------------------------
The second International Symposium on Informatics and its Applications ISIA 2016 will provide an exciting opportunity for researchers and practitioners to share ideas and experiences in different topics of Informatics area and its applications. The Symposium looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the computer science in theoretical and practical aspects. The second edition of ISIA is going to be held at the University of M’sila, Algeria, on November 08-09, 2016.  The ISIA 2016 topics include:

·        Track 1: Computational Intelligence.

·        Track 2: Information Systems and Databases.

·        Track 3: Information Technology, Networks and Distributed Systems

·        Track 4: Optimization and Operational Research

·        Track 5: Computer Systems and Applications

Important dates

- Paper submission due:   June 15, 2016
- Acceptance notification:  September 15, 2016
- Camera-ready submission:  September 25, 2016
- Conference date:  November 08-09, 2016

Submission
-----------------
We invite researchers and scholars to submit their papers for the conference to be held on November 8th, 9th 2016. Papers must be written in English or French, carefully checked for grammar and spelling, addressing one or several conference topics. Authors are kindly invited to submit articles of up to 10 pages (including figures, tables and references), using the Springer standard template (http://www.springer.com/engineering?SGWID=0-175-6-1381428-0) including the title of the article, authors name, affiliation and e-mail address as well as a short abstract. Papers should be sent in PDF format to the ISIA'2016 EasyChair website:

Only original work will be considered. Hence, authors should make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap works that have been already published or simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be automatically rejected before the reviewing process. Original submissions will be examined thoroughly, and all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
